Your first session will always be free. I want you to get to know me and how I will help you while I get to know you and the struggles you face.

Coaching sessions vary in length of time based on what we are talking about that week, but never take more than 60 minutes.

If you want to purchase an entire month of coaching sessions you will save 10%.
